About me: I've been in the real estate business for 22 years--my gosh, has it been that long??!!-- and have lived in Chicago's desirable north suburbs all my life. I'm a registered Real Estate Broker in both Illinois and Wisconsin, I am an active HomeGain agent...and was honored in 2003 as HomeGain'stop producing Illinois agent . HomeGain is the nation's largest internet referral service, and I am one of a select few Realtors nationally to hold membership in HomeGain's Platinum Club.

I am one of a relatively small percentage of Realtors in the country to successfully complete a series of extensive educational programs specifically focusing on servicing and representing buyers, and have earned the designation Accredited Buyer Representative. This also indicates I have documented actual significant experience functioning under contract as a buyer's representative. In addition, I have qualified as a Certified Residential Specialist, having successfully completed the numerous requirements for this designation, which include not only course work but demonstrated successful experience in the field.

I completed my undergraduate work at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, and earned a Master's Degree from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois. Prior to my real estate career, I was an educator, serving as English Department Chairman at Lake Bluff, Illinois Junior High School. I find my academic background quite helpful; schools almost always play a direct or indirect part in the selection of a community and home, and I'm equipped to provide you with useful written data on schools throughout the area.
